How to get to Zakynthos Island

By Air
During the summer season there are direct flights to Zakynthos International Airport (code:ZTH) from many European & International Cities. Alternatively there are flights from Athens International Airport (code:ATH) to Zakynthos Island all year round.
By car/ferry boat
For all of you reaching the island by car, there is a frequent service from Kyllini port to Zante (1 hour journey).

About Zakynthos Island

The Venetians, who ruled the island in the Middle Ages, named Zakynthos as "Flower of the East". Zante as the island is also called is the southernmost and third largest of the Ionian Islands and is situated 8,5 nautical miled south of Kefalonia and 9,5 nautical miles west of Peloponnese, while it is thought to be one of the most charming Greek islands.
